Butter Wagyu Cheeseburger

10 minutes
  • Brush melted butter on hamburger bun – place in oven for 30 minutes at 200°F. Ideal is German burger buns.
  • Brush butter on one pound of raw Wagyu ground beef
  • Add salt to the burger
  • Grill burger 2-3 minutes on each side
  • Melt 2 slices of Gouda cheese on burger
  • Add desired condiment to burger and melted butter bun.
