Butter Wagyu Cheeseburger
- Brush melted butter on hamburger bun – place in oven for 30 minutes at 200°F. Ideal is German burger buns.
- Brush butter on one pound of raw Wagyu ground beef
- Add salt to the burger
- Grill burger 2-3 minutes on each side
- Melt 2 slices of Gouda cheese on burger
- Add desired condiment to burger and melted butter bun.
